We start by hiring high-caliber individuals with specialized technical skills, and they’re required to attend extensive technical training courses to ensure that those skills stay sharp. Our recruiters live within the markets they serve—no offshore recruiting centers here—and they fill each role based on a deep understanding of your company and your needs. 

Before you meet any of our candidates, we put them through a rigorous screening process—which includes in-person / video interviews and multiple reference checks. By the time you sit down together, you’ll already feel comfortable with their experience and confident in their skills. Finally, we perform background, drug, and credit checks for our clients to complete the process.
